Frequently Asked Questions

All designs has been thoroughly tested by myself and my talented testers.
In the very rare event that you may have an  issue I am sure that I will be able to assist you in solving it. 

This is often due to stabilizing, materials, or machine tension. 

However, please do not hesitate to contact me with any issues and I will gladly try to assist you.

All sizes included are listed in the description on the website for each design. 

Please read the product description carefully.

If you need a different size or your format isn’t listed here, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

You must be logged into your account to download your designs.

Once PayPal has verified your payment you will receive an email with a link to the instant download.

You will then download the zipped file with all the formats included.

You will need to use an unzipping program to unzip your file…there are many free on the internet.

Once unzipped, you can discard any formats that you do not require.

To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.

On a Mac, you can simply double click the .zip file to expand it.

You will be able to download this file 3 times should you lose your files or your computer has crashed.

Should you experience any issues or your 3 downloads have expired/failed  please do not hesitate to contact me via email or my face book page and I will gladly assist you.

Designs are provided in all major formats:


 These will be included in the zipped folder as well as a  PDF file for each design stating the sizes, colours, stitch sequences and pictures of the stitch out.

Full colour tutorials will also be included in this download for ITH projects.

You can embroider and make products for yourself, for gifts, and for sale.

You can’t sell, share, or exchange digital files, even in a modified form.

This is a guide to help you choose which format you will require for your machine but I am sure that your embroidery machine dealer will guide you as to which is the best format to use for your machine:

ART: Bernina Machines

DST: Tajima and Melco machines

EMB: Melco machines

HUS: Husqvarna machines

JEF: Janome machines

PES: Bernina, Brother and Babylock machines

VIP: Husqvarna Machines

VP3:  Pfaff and Husqvarna machines

XXX: Singer machines

If you resize, edit or alter this design in any way I cannot then guarantee the quality of thestitch out so if you need a different size please contact me – I am happy to resize for you so you still get a perfect stitch out.

Please note: This is a digital file for machine embroidery and not an iron on patch or a physical  item. 

You will need an embroidery machine to stitch it out. Please choose carefully as refunds are not possible due to the digital nature of the item.
